Aww it’s lovely to keep his memory alive, I lost both my parents there was only 8 weeks apart in 2013 and I still miss them so much. God bless you little girl. I lost my father as a baby too, it leaves a hole that you can never fill. I’m lucky enough to have an amazing stepfather who has been there for me and my mother for the last 14 years. Such a beautiful thing to do for someone . Most people would have just thrown it away. Emotional. I think there must have been some kind of “intervention” involved here as this was not the postmans’ usual route and he had empathy after losing his own father.
